أولًا: الشروط والأحكام — العربية
1. مقدمة
مرحبًا بكم في متجر سموط. باستخدامكم لموقعنا وإتمام أي عملية شراء، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. نوصي بقراءة هذه الشروط بعناية قبل استخدام المتجر أو إتمام الطلب.
2. المنتجات
نسعى في سموط إلى عرض المنتجات ووصفها بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة، بما في ذلك الصور والمواصفات والأسعار.
قد توجد اختلافات بسيطة في اللون أو التفاصيل بين الصور المعروضة والمنتج الفعلي نتيجة اختلاف الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشة، ولا تُعد هذه الاختلافات عيبًا في المنتج.
وبالنسبة للقطع الطبيعية أو المصنوعة يدويًا، قد تختلف بعض التفاصيل البسيطة من قطعة إلى أخرى، مما يجعل كل قطعة مميزة بطبيعتها.
3. الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار المعروضة في المتجر بالعملة الموضحة عند إتمام الطلب، وقد تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة حسب ما هو موضح في المتجر.
يحق لسموط تحديث الأسعار أو تعديل المنتجات والعروض في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ولا يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها مسبقًا، ما لم يكن هناك خطأ واضح في السعر أو المعلومات.
4. الطلبات
يُعد الطلب مكتملًا بعد إتمام عملية الدفع وتأكيد الطلب من المتجر.
يحق لسموط رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالات استثنائية، مثل وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو وصف المنتج، أو عدم توفر المنتج، أو الاشتباه في وجود عملية احتيالية.
وفي حال إلغاء الطلب بعد إتمام الدفع، سيتم إعادة المبلغ وفقًا لطريقة الدفع المستخدمة.
5. الشحن والتوصيل
يتم شحن الطلبات إلى العنوان الذي يقدمه العميل أثناء عملية الشراء.
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة بيانات الشحن ورقم التواصل قبل إتمام الطلب.
قد تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب شركة الشحن والمدينة والظروف الخارجة عن إرادة المتجر، ولا يتحمل سموط مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركة الشحن أو الظروف الطارئة.
6. الاستبدال والاسترجاع
تخضع عمليات الاستبدال والاسترجاع لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع الخاصة بسموط، ويمكن الاطلاع عليها في الصفحة المخصصة لذلك في المتجر.
ويجب أن يكون المنتج المسترجع أو المستبدل بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، مع الاحتفاظ بالتغليف والملحقات، وفقًا للشروط الموضحة في سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
7. المنتجات المخصصة
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التي يتم تجهيزها أو تعديلها خصيصًا بناءً على طلب العميل، إلا في حال وجود عيب أو خطأ من طرف سموط.
8. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات الموجودة في متجر سموط، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والتصاميم والشعارات والرسومات والعلامة التجارية، هي ملك لسموط أو مستخدمة بموجب حقوق نظامية.
يُمنع نسخ أو إعادة استخدام أو نشر أي من محتويات المتجر دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة.
9. استخدام الموقع
يلتزم المستخدم باستخدام الموقع بطريقة قانونية وعدم استخدامه لأي غرض غير مشروع أو محاولة تعطيل الموقع أو التأثير على أمنه أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمته أو بياناته.
10. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات
نلتزم في سموط بالحفاظ على خصوصية بيانات العملاء والتعامل معها وفق الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
يتم استخدام بيانات العميل بالقدر اللازم لمعالجة الطلبات وتقديم الخدمات وتحسين تجربة المستخدم، وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالمتجر.
11. التعديلات على الشروط والأحكام
يحق لسموط تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر بما يتناسب مع تطورات المتجر أو المتطلبات النظامية.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Somot. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the store or placing an order.
2. Products
At Somot, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices.
Minor differences in color or appearance may occur between the product images and the actual product due to lighting conditions or screen settings. Such differences shall not be considered product defects.
For natural or handmade products, minor variations may occur from one piece to another, making each piece unique by nature.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated during checkout and may include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.

4. Orders

Somot reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including obvious pricing or product description errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be refunded according to the original payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing their order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company, destination, and circumstances beyond Somot’s control. Somot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances.

Returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition and unused, with the original packaging and accessories, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
